The Kidney Group is committed to keeping our patients and staff safe during this global pandemic. We are currently offering Telehealth Visits and appointments at all locations.
Prescriptions and Refills
All requests for prescriptions and refills require a minimum 24-hour notice. Prescription needs are accepted during regular office hours. When you call in for refills, please have on hand the name of your medication, its dosage and frequency, in addition to the name and telephone number of your pharmacy. Our doctors will only renew prescriptions that were written or initiated by them. This office will not call in prescriptions for narcotics and/or sleeping pills.

Medical Questions
During office hours, if you have medical questions that only your nephrologist can answer, a message will be taken and your medical file will be given to the doctor. The doctor or qualified staff member will return your call as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
In the event you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we ask that you kindly notify our office at least 24 hours in advance.
This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
Emergencies
Our office provides on-call service 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. All medical emergencies that are life threatening or require immediate attention should be directed to the nearest emergency room. The emergency room personnel will contact the nephrologist covering that facility.
